# VLA 操作可靠性检查

## 摘要
VLA 机器人团队可以做三项具体改动：训练并评分接触区域，把低延迟的 3D 运动计划加入现有动作策略，以及通过闭环行为测试审计解释或内部特征。论文已经给出了足够的实现细节，可以先在小型基准上跑，再转到硬件试验。

## 面向操作型 VLA 策略的接触区域训练与评分
当任务依赖物体部件时，操作团队应该在 VLA 评估中加入接触区域检查，比如把手、盖子、按钮和工具尖端。这里的失效很直接：模型能认出对的物体，却还是碰到了错的部位。

AffordVLA 提供了一条可行的训练路径。它在训练时使用冻结的 affordance 教师，把中间层 VLA 视觉 token 和任务条件化的 affordance 特征对齐，然后在推理时移除教师。这样可以保持部署时的策略路径不变，同时把视觉表征推向有功能的交互区域。一个低成本的初测方法是准备一组保留的部件敏感任务，用掩码或少量人工标注标出预期接触区域，同时按任务成功率和首次接触准确率评分。接触得分应当能捕捉粗粒度成功率看不出的失败。

## 在现有动作策略中加入慢快式 3D 抓取流规划

## 面向 VLA 解释与内部特征的闭环行为审计
评估 VLA 策略的团队，应该把语言解释和内部特征标签当作需要用 rollout 测试的主张。一个可操作的审计方式是记录闭环运行，提取行为锚点，比如末端执行器关键帧或轨迹谓词，然后检查被声称的特征或解释是否随它所描述的行为变化。

Event-Grounded Sparse Autoencoders 给出了机器人策略版本：在 rollout 激活上训练 SAE，聚类重复出现的末端执行器事件，按事件对齐程度给特征排序，再用闭环干预测试它们。在 OpenVLA 上，把事件对齐的第 31 层特征置零，会让成功率从 70.0% 降到 48.8%，比几种对比排序的下降都大。驾驶安全论文给出了轨迹模型的平行检查：把 Chain-of-Causation 文本和场景实体、动作谓词如 stop、decelerate、turn 对照起来。Alpamayo-R1-10B 的整体推理忠实度达到 42.5%，但漏掉了很多行人，且对 stop 的判断常常和持续移动的轨迹不一致。这些测试可以作为基准日志的审查门，先跑完再把模型解释给操作员看，或写进安全报告。
